Welcome to the first in an eight-part series of articles on AoIP!

This IP Primer helps break down how IP networks are defined in broadcast environments to help understand how to design the most efficient network possible.

In this introduction, we examine what a network is, we assess some of the benefits and we outline the main standards for efficient and interoperable IP networks.
